After the production department of BOSCO receives the production order, it will first make a jacquard process template, and then prepare the corresponding amount of yarn for warping according to the demand.

Warping is the process of winding a certain number of warp threads parallel to the warp shaft or knitting shaft according to the specified length and width. The warped warp is used for sizing and threading. Warping requires that the tension of each warp is equal, the distribution on the warp shaft or the knitting shaft is uniform, and the color yarn arrangement conforms to the process regulations.

After warping, hang the finished material according to the technical requirements to the lace warp knitting machine. At the same time, the finished jacquard template is also installed above the machine, at this time the weaving begins, the machine will weave the thread together into the pattern, each hole in the paper corresponds to a crochet hook, if the crochet hook hits the hole in the paper will hook back a line, if it hits the cardboard, the crochet will stop, the punched card system can ensure that the pattern is repeated and does not make mistakes.

In the weaving process, our QC will check whether there are any defects in the stitching work, and the qualified lace fabric will be packed and sent to the dyeing workshop for dyeing

The lace cloth woven according to the customer’s requirements will be sent to the dyeing workshop for dyeing. We will have very professional workers to operate the dyeing process, which can accurately dye the color desired by the customer, and can control the color difference well.

After dyeing and finishing the lace fabric, we will have QC personnel to check the finished fabric again to see if there will be uneven dyeing, holes and dirt

After receiving qualified dyed lace fabric, our finished product workshop will carry out edge cutting, sewing, metal air holes and other technological processes according to customers’ requirements

Our lace placemats need to be trimmed, some lace tablecloths and lace table flags need to be stitched and printed, and some lace curtains will also need to be embroidered, 3D stitched and metal-eye making

The finished lace ornaments will enter the packaging workshop for packaging. There are various forms of packaging, such as ordinary hanging card packaging, color box hanging card packaging, PVC bag or PE bag packaging, zipper bag packaging, etc. In short, we can customize what kind of packaging customers need.

As for the mode of transportation, some client require air transportation, some require sea transportation, and some require express delivery. No matter which mode of transportation, we will try our best to cooperate, and sea transportation accounts for more than 90% of our shipments.
