how to dye lace fabric

Preparatory phase
First of all, after the dyeing workshop gets the fabric of the cloth workshop, the workers will organize the cloth into the state required by the next process. The sewing group will turn the blank cloth again after seam treatment, weigh and clean them, and put them in the area to be dyed.
Then professional color master will adjust the colors according to the needs, is the first step of dyeing, because the choice of color is very important for the final style effect of the fabric.
Dyeing process
Workers at the BOSCO factory dilute the mixed dye proportionally with water and put it into the dye VAT, before placing the lace fabric into the VAT. Our professional workers will adjust the dyeing time and the temperature of the dye tank according to the desired color depth. Dark colors take longer, and light colors take the opposite. After dyeing, remove the lace fabric from the dye bath and dehydrate it
opening&setting
Opening is an important operation link, mainly the process of developing the newly dehydrated lace product into an open width state. By opening and drying treatment, the fabric can be more smooth and soft, reduce wrinkling, deformation and other problems, improve the quality and appearance of the fabric. This step has a direct impact on the subsequent dyeing, printing, embroidery, cutting, coating, finishing and other processing links, because the quality of the open width will determine the smoothness and processing effect of the fabric.
According to the characteristics and process requirements of the fabric, the worker will adjust the speed and tension of the opener in time to achieve the best opening effect. For different varieties and specifications of lace fabrics, different opening methods and parameter Settings should be used to ensure the opening effect and quality.

According to the above process, the dyeing process of lace fabric is finished, and the shaped fabric will be packed and sent to the finished product processing workshop for processing. We will carry out printing, flocking, embroidery, gilding, cutting, sewing, etc. on the fabric as required, to improve the final appearance and performance of the fabric and meet the needs of customers.
